Superluminal. The Discovery Of Faster-Than-Light Brainwaves: An illustrated journey

Imagine a world where time and space bend, and particles travel faster than light in a different dimension.

This phenomenon, known as superluminality, is not just a science fiction dream; it touches on the very fabric of reality. Let us explore the astonishing findings of scientists such as Thomas Hartman and Günter Nimtz, who have illuminated our understanding of quantum tunneling and suggested that particles could move faster than light

Proposing a Quantum Process in the Brain

What I am proposing with the theory of “faster-than-light brainwaves” is a quantum process taking place inside the brain. Some quantum effects are very fragile and require extreme conditions (e.g., near absolute zero), unlike the brain’s warm, wet environment.

Faster-Than-Light Brainwaves

This is the reason that most (if not all) quantum consciousness theories are dismissed by scientists. The quantum process I’m describing isn’t fragile. Natural quantum tunneling occurs in a diverse array of environments, in liquids, solids, and gases, in cold, warm, wet, and hot conditions.

Introduction to EM Field Consciousness

I am sympathetic to Johnjoe McFaddens theory of EM field consciousness. The starting point for McFadden’s theory is the fact that every time a neuron fires to generate an action potential, and a postsynaptic potential in the next neuron down the line, it also generates a disturbance in the surrounding electromagnetic field. I believe that consciousness resides in a coherent, incorporeal (electromagnetic) field that can be separate from the body.

Addressing Materialist Objections

Now, materialist classical scientists may object to this description. The reason I’m putting this theory forward is from my own experiences and my attempts to make sense of these experiences.

What I am describing comes very close to the concept of “the soul.”
I have written on this subject before: “BODY AND SOUL” (2017) Paper for the conference “La Conscience et L’invisible: Aux Frontières De La Vie,” Eternea, Paris, 4-5th of February 2017.
